About La Griotte
On the banks of the Casamance River, where nature sings and the wind whispers ancient tales, La Griotte was born. Our name pays homage to the griots, guardians of African memory, storytellers, transmitters of traditions and knowledge.
At La Griotte, we wanted to revive this spirit of transmission, sharing and conviviality, around a fire, with a simple and generous meal.
Our cuisine showcases traditional grilled dishes and fresh produce from the river and the land, enhanced in an Afro-modern ambiance inspired by the best of Balinese architecture.
